This project is a rehabilitation plan for an old, out of use sawmill in the northern part of Hungary. The region has many agricultural qualities and on the site there is a dinkey line of the local train. We examined the buildings on the site and kept the ones that are extraordinary. The proposal consists of two main goal: first we wanted to connect the production of agricultural products with the retail function, so we designed houses where the visitors can see the production and meet the farmers. Secondly we made thematic areas and created a land that can be travelled around by the train. We proposed three atmospheres: following the train line, we used and reinvented the characteristics of the old Hungarian track-watchmen houses. The second area is the culinary park where visitors experience the connection between fine quality products and the production. The third area is the adventure park, that takes place in the woody part of the site.
